Avocado Salad

Avocado Salad Frozen.

The origin of the avocado is in south amercia. It develops its nutritional potential after the harvest, but its riping process is long and doesn't occur on the tree. The avocado contains all of the essential amino acids and therefore constitute a viable replacement for animal protein. The avocado is rich in vitamins E, C, B, A and K, folic acid as well as carbs, mostly fiber, aiding the digestive process. It is suited as a spread for bread, crackers, filling for vegetables, tortillas, pasta dressing and more.
