Paskovich Seared Red Tuna Steak in vacuum-pack

The method of cooking that is recommended for Red Tuna Steak: Searing, in a skillet, ceviche, sushi, carpaccio.


Ingredients

4 slices of Paskovich Red Tuna Steak in vacuum-pack

2 tbsp. of olive oil

salt, black pepper

150 grams of Baby Leaves (small package)

2 green onions, sliced into long strips

4 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

½ tsp. honey



Method of Preparation

1. Sear the tuna for one minute on each side using a hot teflon frying pan with   olive oil.

2. It is important not to cook the fish for too long - the tuna needs to preserve its   reddish color in the center.

3. Combine the ingredients for the salad dressing in a bowl or jar.

4. Mix the baby leaves in a bowl with the green onion, and season with the   dressing



Serving suggestion:

Place the seared steak onto the plate next to the fresh baby leaf salad.
