Paskovich Altit Salmon Fillet baked in Lemon and Olive Oil

The method of cooking that is recommended for Altit Salmon Fillet:
In a skillet, baking, cooking in gravy, roasting on the grill.


1 Altit Salmon Fillet, defrosted and drained

2 teaspoons of olive oil

1 sliced lemon

2 cloves of garlic, sliced

salt, black pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.

2. Place the fillet on a baking tray with baking paper.

3. Coat the fillet in olive oil and scatter the slices of garlic on top.

4. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

5. Place the slices of lemon onto the fillet.

6. Cover the fish with aluminum foil.

7. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

8. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

Hot vegetable salad

1 thinly sliced zucchini blanched in hot water

3 green onions, coarsely cut

1 cup of green beans, heated in hot water.

5 broccoli florets, blanched in boiling water

1 clove of garlic, crushed

¼ bunch of chopped coriander

¼ bunch of chopped mint

¼ cup of olive oil
salt, black pepper
juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.

2. Add the garlic and the vegetables, after draining them.

3. Stir-fry and add the seasoning herbs.

4. Season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

Serving suggestion:

Serve the fillet whole onto the table, with vegetables that have been stir-fried in olive oil and spices.
